How the EGLAVATOR began and why the program is on-hold. Around March 2017, we began a journey assisting startups and ventures in South Florida. We embarked into the unknown and helped over 80+ companies in a period of 5 years, including success stories like ID FUND, POINTSKASH, FORESIGHT FINANCIAL, WEBMASTER RADIO, MEDMATCH, GUILTLESS TO GO, SAFEFI, DEMOLIZER PROJECT, MOBILITY WORKX, and many many others. In and around 2018 and 2019, we began our podcast studios and launched TECHEDTV from our studios at the EGLAVATOR in Boca Raton, at 751 Park of Commerce Dr., Suite 128, Boca Raton, Fl, 33487. if you all recall, in March 2017, the Enterprise Development Corporation (EDC) was running the incubator, and had two offices, but stop paying rent sometime in 2016-2017, which I believe was the reason for being evicted by March 2017. At that time, there were several startups in the space, including EGLA CORP, SILVER LOGIC, ALDA, CIRRUS CORE NETWORKS, WEBMASTER RADIO, and others. EGLA took over the lease and collected payments from the tenants, and the landlord forced EGLA CORP to make no profit from the lease for over three years, as ALL SUBLEASES had to be approved by the landlord, and will adjust the rent as more SUBLEASES were being made. The landlord was CBRE, I wonder if they do treat all the tenants like that the same way. In and around July 2021, we moved to the office at 791 Park of Commerce Blvd, Suite 300, Boca Raton, FL, 33487. At the sam time, that MOBILITY WORKX reached a licensing agreement with Verizon right before trial, in Marshall, Texas. A new journey began, without EGLA knowing that the entire building was being disputed by the landlord, KRS Biotech, and FLA Properties #115, LLC. The dispute included issues with mold, problems with size, and our suite was, without our knowledge in the middle of the dispute. Suite 300 was then rented to EGLA while it was part of a very conflictive real estate-tenant dispute, that included eviction attempts, and numerous issues. However, EGLA and the EGLAVATOR continued as usual, from July 2021 to October 2023, EGLA continued its operations with multiple pitch events, training events, podcasts, investor meetings, and serving the community from our 10,000 sq. ft area. EGLA attempted, at one point, offered to purchase the building, given all the disputes that were being taking place but such acquisitions as anticipated by Mr. Bhavin Shah, and his company 791 POC LLC that took over a year to close from the moment of an offer, to the closing date in and around March 2023. (See 502023CA013236XXXXMB_3 502022CA004367XXXXMB_73 502022CA004367XXXXMB_106) Multiple legal disputes were covering SUIT 300 and a lengthy legal record is publicly available at the palm beach court. This dispute is a reflection of how difficult was not only to sublease or to stay at the space, but a testament of how lack of disclosure of certain events is required to avoid being a victim of legal disasters like this one. EGLA reached out to the landlords, prior and new, and was told that all our original was going to be honored, and that it was a matter of closing with the new owner to get a clearer picture on the lease situation. Nothing of that was true, as at 791 POC LLC wanted almost 2x the original lease and wanted back pays and other unknown charges. Who did EGLA help? We helped many startups that had no money and no capital, to basically have an office for free, or pay whatever they wanted. We even, had companies like MEDMATCH, FORTENEER, SEO TURBO BOOSTER, CONDUCTION LABS, EVOLUX LLC (SkyShare), GUILTLESS TO GO, and many many more came to the EGLAVATOR, used the facilites for FREE. EGLA CORP, in many cases was not compensated with any share, the only company that paid with equity was POINTSKASH and ANCHOR University, that was a non-profit accepted the rent as a donation. How the real-estate situation unfolded? EGLA, Dr. Edwin, and Mr. Shah began in good terms, and all appear to be going well as a partnership. Eeven discussing expansion of the co-working space and designing with an architecture firm, a new space. Mr. Shah even attended several of our pitch events, and got involved in negotiations with startups that were being assisted 5th the EGLAVATOR. Around August/September 2023, Mr. Shah requested a large payment initially over $80K but then corrected to be around mids $70k, which EGLA submitted as a wire transfer in exchange of assurance to stay in the building until December 31, 2023, and downsizing operating to a small area, which we did. Not withstanding while I was traveling to the Philippines as my sister was participating in a Mrs. Universe and around the end of September beginning of October 2023, 791 POC LLC or Mr. Shah sent a crew to change all locks at the EGLAVATOR. By October 25th, 2023, as show in the following videos,, Mr. Shah’s workers used the new key to get into the office. I know they are his workers as I met some of them, just two weeks prior. As we were under the impression that we were going to fix all the floors, and reignite the EGLAVATOR. But none of that happen, as it shows in the following videos, such crew came to take down all cameras and who knows what they did to the furniture, parts, technology, and anything that is was in the building. Why do we out all the EGLAVATOR program on-hold now? Despite all efforts, we have been unable to recover our property from this building, we were never evicted, we never received any notice, simply and illegally, the new landlord, despite paying over $70K, changed all the locks and sent a crew to dismantle the EGLAVATOR. Although, we tried to work with Dan Gudema and the space assigned by Marc Wilder, we were hesitant to risk again capital and money without having a clear picture on what’s going

Eco-Friendly Medical Waste disposal of Biohazard Materials
Medical Waste disposal with Demolizer II with AR and IOT Our technology is patented and solves the problem of eco-friendly disposal of biohazard materials. The EPA approved process uses dry heat to melt and sterilize medical waste without incineration. Our software solution makes “medical waste management” easy. Our goal is to make medical waste disposal more like “printing” a document using a modern-day “laser jet,” safe, and easy. Our intellectual property is covered under patents: The engineering design has all parts designed for fabrication using modern CNC machining. The specifications are in solid works and software is available with our consulting package to integrate with any brand. Our tech connects a Demolizer device to the internet for controlling it. Every time is used, you can manage all logs that could be shared for compliance. For example, EPA audits in how medical waste has been disposed. Augmented Reality (AR) Touching medical waste is not fun and can be dangerous. Our technology allows the use of Augmented Reality (AR) interfaces to control the device in a safer and secured manner, hence reducing potential skin exposure to spills or the heat in general. Medical Waste Management Market The global medical waste management market size was valued at $7,226.4 million in 2020, and is projected to reach $12,834.9 million by 2030, registering a CAGR of 5.8% from 2021 to 2030. The medical waste management is defined as the management of biomedical waste by various services such as incineration, chemical treatment and autoclaving. Medical waste is the by-product generated from the hospitals, laboratories, and research industry and surgery centers. SBRI Grants with Inspiralia and EGLA CORP Partnership (also STTR)
Inspiralia and EGLA CORP are partners for SBIR, STTR Grants Inspiralia is a company that helps startups in technology ventures gain funding and grants, specifically through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program that leads to SBIR Grants. SBIR Grants have many resources, for instance: https://seedfund.nsf.gov/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=psc&utm_term=keyword&utm_content=technology This SBIR and STTR programs allowssmall businesses to receive funding without sacrificing equity, and the government allocates $3.5 billion annually towards this program. The SBIR program is geared towards innovative technology that is too risky for investors to finance, but is necessary for development. Inspiralia started in Europe, where they helped companies win grants through Horizon 2020, the largest R&D finance scheme for companies in the European Commission. Since 2017, they have expanded their business to the US, with headquarters in Miami. The company helps startups identify which federal agencies are interested in investing in their technologies, with agencies such as the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, NASA, National Institute of Health, and National Science Foundation being the bigger ones. The funds awarded to these startups are used to turn their ideas into prototypes, validate tests, build commercialization plans, and take them into commercialization. SBIRs and STTRs are the two types of grants available, with the main difference being that a small business is the lead applicant for SBIRs, and universities become co-PIs for STTRs. The amount of money awarded varies depending on the agency, with the Department of Defense receiving the largest budget of $1.8 billion. The SBIR.gov web page says that: “The SBIR and STTR programs fund a diverse portfolio of startups and small businesses across technology areas and markets to stimulate technological innovation, meet Federal research and development (R&D) needs, and increase commercialization to transition R&D into impact.” EGLA CORP and Inspiralia are now partners and help your startup reach better proposals for SBIR and STTR. Many SBIR projects are listed and required very-well drafted proposals that Inspiralia can help with and at a reasonable rate. Contact Us Now

Pivoting and Startups (AI-Generated)
In today’s fast-paced, rapidly evolving world, innovation has become a driving force behind economicgrowth and competitiveness. In this landscape, startups have emerged as key players in fostering innovation, leveraging their agility to pivot in response to market demands, and leveraging various financing options to fuel their growth. Startups: The Powerhouses of Innovation Unlike established companies, startups are often unencumbered by legacy systems or traditional ways of doing things, which allows them to think outside the box and disrupt industries. Startups are typically characterized by their willingness to take risks, experiment with new ideas, and push boundaries in the pursuit of innovative solutions. Startups such as Uber, Airbnb, and Spotify have demonstrated how transformative ideas can revolutionize industries. They’ve altered how we commute, travel, and consume music, respectively, demonstrating that the innovative potential of startups is indeed vast and powerful. The Art of the Pivot Innovation is not a one-time event, but a continuous process of learning and adapting. This is where the concept of “pivoting” comes in. A pivot refers to a substantive change to one or more components of a startup’s business model in response to market feedback. Twitter is a classic example of a successful pivot. Initially, the platform started as Odeo, a network where people could find and subscribe to podcasts. However, when Apple launched iTunes podcasting, Odeo was rendered obsolete. The company then decided to pivot and transition into the microblogging service we all know today. Pivoting enables startups to remain innovative and relevant, even in the face of unexpected challenges or shifting market landscapes. It’s a testament to the agility and flexibility that’s often ingrained in startup cultures. Financing: Fueling the Engine of Innovation For startups to transform their innovative ideas into viable products or services, they often require significant financial resources. This is where financing comes in. Startups can leverage a variety of financing sources, including venture capital, angel investment, crowd funding, and government grants, to name a few. Venture capital, in particular, has played a significant role in supporting startups. Venture capitalists not only provide the necessary financial resources but also often bring in valuable industry experience, strategic guidance, and networks that can significantly aid a startup’s growth trajectory. Financing is crucial in helping startups scale their operations, enhance their product offerings, and ultimately deliver their innovative solutions to a broader market. Conclusion Innovation is the lifeblood of economic growth and prosperity in the 21st century. As we’ve seen, startups, with their inherent risk-taking and creative problem-solving, are at the heart of this innovation ecosystem. Their ability to pivot keeps them at the cutting edge of innovation, while diverse financing options provide the resources necessary to bring their disruptive ideas to life. As we move forward, fostering an environment that supports startups, encourages pivots, and facilitates access to financing will be paramount in driving innovation and shaping a prosperous future.
